Targeted energy index: 40 kWh electricity per m2 floor area per year
The building is presently somewhat above the target, but is nevertheless the most energy efficient building in the region.
The building has solar photovoltaics systems amounting to 92 kWpeak installed

Indoor climate is normal - no compromise on thermal comfort of fresh air.
