? Everyone interested in buying his dream house asks about its price and says that "why so expensive, after all are offers of other houses on the Internet portals much cheaper". We will say more, the prices of these houses are sometimes ridiculously cheap. But their quality just reflects their price perfectly!
The famous American economist Milton Friedman said: "There is no dry thing as a free lunch". In Polish translation, there are no free lunches or dinners. These are apt words, relating perfectly to the quality and price of some so-called opportunity! The truth is one - a good product must be paid well.
The house is not in the category of basic necessities, which we can replace with cheaper substitutes, looking for savings. This is an investment for the future. Just like a car that we choose because of the drive, operating costs, but also the promise of failure-free, prestige and pleasant travel. We are guided by the principle of Herland Sanders, the founder of KFC: "Do what you do, get the most out of it and do it the best"! This is the way to look at the passive houses we build ?
